Hopia is a Chinese-Filipino pastry traditionally filled with either mung beans (Hopia Mongo) or wintermelon (cooked in pork fat more commonly knowned as Hopia Baboy).

Mongo Paste (Green Mongo (60%), Cane Sugar), Dough (Wheat Flour (Gluten) (50%), Corn Oil, Palm Oil, Water, Sugar, Iodised Salt).
