When you order both ambient and fresh/frozen produce, we split these into two boxes.This is because, fresh and frozen produce must be in insulated box. Will be delivered within 24 hours(next day) delivery option only to maintain the correct temperature and ensure freshness.If there’s any delay and these items are not delivered the next day, our courier partner would unfortunately need to dispose of them to maintain food safety standards. By packing them separately, we help guarantee that both your perishable produce and your ambient produce arrive safely. In the best possible conditions.
- PLEASE BEAR IN MIND - WE SEND PARCELS TRACKED. WE DONT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IF COURIER ATTEMPTS TO DELIVER AND YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE IT. COURIER WILL TRY TWICE TO DELIVER, IF UNABLE TO RECEIVE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO RE ARRANGE WITH COURIER. A REFUND IS NOT APPLICABLE IN THIS CASE.
